Privacy policy

Explains file processing, contact form delivery and the external services in use, each separately.

Document updated 2026-10-11

1. Scope and converted files

This notice applies to the Free CVT web tools. Files you select for image, PDF or media conversion are read and processed inside your current browser. They are not uploaded to a conversion server for the site or stored in a user account. You save the results to your own device, and any records kept by the device or browser itself follow that environment’s settings.

2. Site access and external fonts

When you visit a page, hosting and network providers may process your IP address, the requested URL, the time of access and browser information in order to handle the request. The actual items stored in hosting logs and how long they are kept still need to be confirmed against the operating settings. File names and file contents are not included in URLs for conversion.

On-screen fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts. Your IP address and browser request information may be sent with this request; see the Google Fonts privacy information. No separate visitor analytics tool is currently connected in the source code.

3. Contact form

When you send the form, the request type, name, reply email and message are delivered through the Web3Forms API to the recipient address the operator has configured. The delivery service may also process connection information to handle the request. File attachments are not supported. See the Web3Forms privacy information for how that external service handles data.

This information is used to review and reply to your enquiry. A confirmation that the message was sent means the delivery API accepted it, not that the operator has read or answered it. Do not enter unnecessary information such as national ID numbers, account passwords or original documents.

4. Cookies and advertising

free-cvt.com shows ads through Google AdSense. In this process, cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers may be processed to serve, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site or other sites, and third-party vendors or ad networks may place or read cookies in visitors’ browsers. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

If you decline in the cookie banner, non-personalized ads are shown from your next visit, and you can change your choice at any time from the ads and cookies notice at the bottom of the page. You can also turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. No separate visitor analytics tool is currently used, and the files you convert are not used for advertising or analytics.

5. Access, correction and deletion requests, and changes

To request access to, correction of or deletion of related information, use Contact & rights requests and state what the request concerns and how we can reply. Unverified details such as the operator’s legal name or address are not shown. Publishing operator information and confirming actual retention periods still need to be completed separately, and this document does not certify full legal compliance. If processing practices change, the content and the update date will be revised.
