ABOUT LEGAL

Is this a legally binding digital signature?

No. This tool places a signature image in the PDF. It is different from a digital signature that seals the document with a certificate. Check first whether the recipient accepts an image signature or needs a certified one.

ABOUT STAMP

How do I prepare a stamp image?

Photograph or scan a stamp pressed on white paper in good light and upload it as PNG or JPG. A PNG with a transparent background overlaps text naturally; a JPG with a white background can cover text underneath, so place it on an empty area.
