Compress to 100 KB

Automatically shrink JPG, PNG and WEBP images to fit a 100 KB limit, such as an application form or ID photo upload. Quality is lowered first, then the resolution if that is not enough. Files are never sent to a server; they are processed only in your current browser.

HOW IT WORKS 02

Pick your files,
save just the result.

01

Add images

Select several at once. Each file can be up to 25 MB.

02

Check the 100 KB target

The 100 KB or less target is already selected. Files are kept under 100,000 bytes so they pass whether the site counts 1 KB as 1,000 or 1,024 bytes.

03

Save the result

One image is saved as an image file, several as a ZIP. If a file would grow larger than the original, the original is kept.

WHERE 100KB

Where do 100 KB limits come up?

Job and exam application photos, government form attachments and forum profile pictures often cap uploads at 100 KB. Many of them also set a pixel size, so check the instructions first.

ABOUT QUALITY

What happens to quality at 100 KB?

A phone photo is several megabytes, so lowering quality alone often cannot reach 100 KB and the resolution is reduced too. If the required pixel size is given, resize to it first with the image resizer, then compress.
